The mission of our Parent-Teacher Guild (PTG) is to promote Catholic education, provide a volunteer network, generate financial support, and foster Christian values, communication, and sociability among members.
All families are automatically enrolled as members of the PTG. Dues are collected by school administration through FACTS at the beginning of the year.
Monthly PTG meetings alternate from in-person to virtual and they are open to the entire community. Small children are welcome and light hospitality is provided. Please join us to stay updated, find answers to your questions and share new ideas. Create your account to view more detailed information about your PTG.
Volunteers are an important and integral part of the St. Patrick School experience. Our PTG manages, with the guidance of school administration, the robust volunteer program at our school. And we could not do it without you!
Not only does volunteering help keep tuition costs down, but it’s a wonderful way to model for our children what it means to be part of a community.
As part of the tuition agreement, every family is asked to complete a minimum of 30 volunteer hours (15 hours for single-parent households) in service to the school and/or parish between July 1 and June 30 each year.
We know this volunteer program—run entirely by St. Patrick volunteers—isn’t perfect, but we do our best to keep it fair. Please keep patience and understanding high, and know that veteran families are happy to help new families learn the ropes. Most importantly, the kids are VERY grateful for what we do!
